Features of holidays in Serbia for tourists

Serbia attracts with the opportunity to undergo rehabilitation at medical thermal resorts, see the historical and natural sights of the ancient state, and spend time in ski resorts. It is possible in this country to rest on the sea, although there are no exits to the sea coast.

The distance from the borders of this Balkan country to the Adriatic Sea is 180 km along high-quality roads, you have to go through Montenegro or Croatia. You can drive to the Aegean Sea through the territory of Greece, the distance to the coast is about 300 km.

The furthest from the borders of Serbia is the Black Sea — 400 km you have to go through Bulgaria. Tourists often stay at inexpensive Serbian resorts, from where they make regular trips to the sea.

The most popular and famous Serbian resort is located in the western part of the country on the territory of the national park. Kopaonik offers travelers a variety of activities and entertainment all year round.

In the center of ski tourism, located at an altitude of 1700 m above sea level, there are 12 km of cross-country routes and 55 km of tracks of various levels of difficulty on the mountain slopes, 28 lifts operate. The resort has an artificial snow system, so the season lasts from October to May.

In the summer, tourists go along the routes laid through the national park, make rafting trips, ride bicycles and undergo wellness treatments in balneological centers. In Kopaonik there are fitness centers, restaurants, discos, and animators work with kids in hotels.
